Q When is the best time to start my Lawncraft Grass Cutting Service?

A The grass cutting service runs from the beginning of March to the end of November. There really isn’t a best time to start, but the sooner you do, the sooner you will have a beautiful lawn to enjoy.

Q How good is the equipment Lawncraft uses to cut grass?

A All the equipment we use is designed for professional gardeners. We have a full range of petrol driven mowers, from pedestrian to ride-on available, for all sizes and types of lawns. We use only the very best mowers, scarifying and aerating machines.

Q How often do you call?

A The grass cutting service is provided either weekly or fortnightly. You choose which suits you best.

Q Are there any contracts to sign?

A No. We believe in our service so much that we are convinced your satisfaction will keep you as our customer without the need for a contract.

Q How are customers charged?

A You tell us how you want to pay – either by cash, cheque or monthly standing order. It’s really up to you.

Q How reliable is your service?

A We are a family run business and know the importance of providing a reliable service to our customers. We will always advise you when to expect us. However, in the unlikely event of us not being able to make a scheduled visit, we will contact you to let you know. We can cut lawns in light rain because of the quality of our machinery, so the weather has to be pretty awful to keep us away.

Q Do I have to be in when the Lawncraft people call?

A No. Many of our customers are out when we call. As long as you know when our personnel will arrive and they have access to your garden, there is no need for you to be in. We always post a Completed Job Specification Card through your door to list the work we have carried out.
